Does it bother anyone that conditions on our planet continue to deteriorate and that none of the efforts now being pursued seem to have the potential to make life on this earth any better? Why are we satisfied just to sit back and watch man return to the Dark Ages?

i used to worry so much about earth protection and natural preservation (tree hugger) and it really affected me by taking up so much of my thinking efforts which i'm not gonna get into. when i accepted Christ i learned so many new things though...... and i would have to be stupid to think that this earth's condition can be reversed or that man could save it. this just like other events is motivating to me. of course this earth must deteriorate. it's the way of a sinful world. of course i still do my best to take care of God's earth, but i don't worry of what will happen. what will happen...will happen.

I think Pay is moving in another direction. At first glance it seems as though he is saying we should be better stewards of our land, but I think he means that the Second Coming has been too far delayed. Which I see you have touched on, Silkcity.
