This is a believer who is struggling with a particular sin but they are confessing it to the Lord and they are receiving prayers from other believers to help give this struggling brother LIFE (Christ is the way the truth and the LIFE) to overcome their sin. For if we put on Jesus Christ, we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Romans 13:14). The sin that leads unto death then would naturally be unconfessed serious sin. In fact, we see 1 John 3:15 mention how that just hating your brother is the equivalent of not having any eternal life. So yeah, sins that lead unto death are any sins that lead to spiritual death (i.e. the Second Death or the Lake of Fire).

No. The portions of Scripture I had shown you show that these verses are written specifically to believers in Christ and not to Israel. Please go back and read them carefully again.

You are right, if we Love God, Love our neighbor we are not under the Law. For if we were under the Law than breaking one is equal to breaking the Whole Law.
