That doesn't follow logically.
How not? Congress, by your claims, is not a do-nothing Congress. If President Trump does call it a do-nothing Congress, surely you must consider the president factually wrong. Either misinformed, or exaggerating, but in any case, wrong in the claim.
Perhaps he meant to say "do-nothing House of Reps" but then, seeing all the legislation both proposed and passed, he would be wrong.
Perhaps he meant to say "do-nothing Senate" but then again, even you claim that's not the case.
Honest inquiry, logic is my hobby, so I would like to know where the failure is in my logic.
