Wisdom implies knowledge, and while knowledge may produce feelings, feelings are not knowledge.
Therefore, there is no wisdom inside feelings alone, and since music conveys feelings and not knowledge, music is not itself a form of wisdom.
But I suppose that music made by a wise person may express feelings that arise from wisdom. The feelings are not wise -- they are simply the sort of feelings that wisdom brings.
If wisdom may be taken as coming from an integrated and harmonious soul, as I believe, then the feelings may perhaps convey what it is like on an emotional level to be wise, and this music will be perceived as integrated and harmonious.
I suppose that music, then, may give one a taste of what it is like to be wise. Perhaps in this sense does one come to know the soul of one who is wise.
