It is funny I have been all over this site the last few days just checking things out. And I always end up back here to what I know. Man you can get so caught up in all the distraction of what others believe is important. And what comes to my mind is one word GOD. Man if I tried to developed an opinion on this religion or that spiritual what ever, I would be hittin the skids, bottle in hand. Hey, GOD is so HUGE and yet so simple. Jesus loves me for who I am today. I find God doesn't seem to want me to fit in a box, unless it is the one He puts me it. If I work the steps and clean house and thank God everyday the rest falls into place.
For me If I am liberal, catholic, roman, new world, old world is just a way to distract me from my God. God wants my full attention; I can't give him that if I get lost in the what really isn't important. God gave us a the BIBLE with guide lines and rules to follow, the rest is semantic.
I have my burdens, flaws, road blocks that I need to work through, they are my mountains to climb those are my challenges, those are what God wants to me to work through for HIS GLORY. Those are the important things, not getting lost in who I think I want to be. Because the next thing I know is, I have just EDGED GOD OUT, and allowed SATIN in.
