Mark used it as meaning # 1a in 1:

24 What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy [G622] us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.

John used it as meaning #1b in 17:

12 While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

Judas was G622-destroyed.

Mark used in as meaning #2 in 9:
