I don't know how everyone else feels, but I am excited. Thanks to Joe Biden's patriotism and sacrifice, the election is all shook up and is new.
Throw out the previous polls. Throw out all the Hunter Biden stuff and the claims of crime by Biden. It is all new.

Now we have a 59 y.o. former prosecutor and CA attorney general vs a 78 y.o. convicted felon who has committed fraud. Her nomination is not confirmed but the money from the Biden-Harris account and the amount raised in 24 hours is hers, and the political support and endorsements are just growing.

Indeed. I think this is much better. Biden did a pretty good job. I have seen here many people from both sides who believed that both Biden and Trump were too old, and now it is Trump who is the old guy who will be watched carefully for more signs of 'decline'. Decline is such a fun word because it means whatever one wants when criticizing the old folk.

We have probably immediately saved 2-3 Senate seats and 20+ House seats (and control of the House).

It is hard to measure the level of excitement, but when I read that about 60% of the small donors had never donated before, that means something.
Dems outnumber MAGA. They need to show up at the voting booth (or however they vote).

The campaign, which announced its latest fundraising total on Sunday, said the bulk of the donations — 66% — comes from first-time contributors in the 2024 election cycle and were made after President Joe Biden announced his exit from the race and endorsed Harris.​

I wanted to point out an issue that many are overlooking. We need to have a solid large electoral victory. Trump has gotten promises for many, many election officials who will be willing to stop ANY certification of elections in their county or state. This has been tried in dozens of times in various swing states already. The 2021 attacks on the election system will seem like a warmup. He has told his fans that their votes aren't really needed.

We are on the right track. We have the issues. We will have the candidates by tomorrow. And Harris has already gotten together a really top-notch campaign staff.
