Psalms 119:9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
119:10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
119:12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
119:13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
119:14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
119:15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
119:16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

Psalms 119 is divided into 22 stanzas, 1 for each letter of the Hebrew Alphabet.
Verses 9-16 compose the 2nd stanza, and the 2nd letter of the Hebrew Alphabet is Beth, which resembles a house.
Bethlehem = House of bread.
This stanza is all about getting God's Word into your heart, and thereby establishing a foundation.
Jesus said
Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
7:25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
7:27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

You can base your life on God's Word.

Amen. When i read Psalm 119 i think of the commands that the Lord and His Apostles teach us in the New Testament.
