Psalms 150
150:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
150:2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
150:3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
150:4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
150:5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

If you don't have any instrument to praise Him with, as long as you have breath, you can praise Him.

Proverbs 19:3 The foolishness of man perverts his way and his heart frets against the LORD.

When we follow our own way of doing things 11 times out of 10 we will mess it up.
And when we mess up we shouldn't blame God. He was right there wanting to help us.

1 Peter 5:5 God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
This verse is telling us what God does.
1 Peter 5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God.
This verse is telling us what to do because of what God does. Makes sense, right?
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him because He cares for you.
This verse tells us how we are to humble ourselves, by giving Him all we care about.
Because we aren't smart enough, or strong enough or talented enough to take care of these cares ourselves.
But He most definitely is wise enough, and strong enough, and perfectly able to take of these cares and He really does care for us. What a great God we serve.

Psalms 82:2 It is good to declare Your lovingkindness in the morning and Your faithfulness every eveining.

Start the day declaring God's love for you. This will help you to remember that God loves you when something happens that might make you doubt His love. Like what happened to Joseph, sold into slavery by his brothers, then put in prison, then forgotten in prison for at least 2 years. But Joseph always knew God was with him.
And because of that, he was able to save many people, including his brothers who sold him.

End the day by declaring His faithfulness, see what God has done for you and thank Him.
This has the benefit of increasing our faith in Him.

What a good cycle this could be. Declaring His faithfulness at night will also make us understand how much He loves and declaring how much He loves us will give us strength to get through the day.

We love Jesus because He first loved us.
There was nothing lovable about us. We were sinners, unclean, haters of God.
And yet He still loved us.
We were infected by sin.
But God saw beyond all of our faults and knew there was beauty there.
So He sent His only begotten Son to die for us so we could be made clean and have fellowship with Him.
What a glorious God!!!!!
