okay, so UPN and The WB are merging together to form one super network this fall. The best shows from each channel will be put on one major station(supposedly to compete with ABC,NBC,etc.) and into one schedule, meaning many shows from each channel that's not doing well ratings wise right now, will most likely be cancelled.

so are you looking forward to this move? or do you wish the WB and UPN would stay seperate? or do you just not give a flying monkey's uncle?

i'm excited because i'll get to see all the UPN shows i don't get to right now.

EDIT: oh yeah,lol, and they're naming it "The CW" for now anyway it could change.

The only thing I watch on UPN is America's Next Top Model...I don't watch anything on WB...I wonder what CW stands for?

I've never seen one episode of one show on UPN. I couldn't even tell you what's on that network.

The only show I watch on WB is Supernatural. I'm pretty sure that it will survive the merge.

The UPN is known for not having good tv shows. Then again I've heard in the last few years it's gotten better but I don't watch anything on it.

I'm fine with the merge as long as they keep Gilmore Girls (WB) and that we all can still have that channel

I think its a smart move for those networks. It will help them compete with the other four.

UPN is a barren wasteland. I believe the most popular shows are Everyone Hates Chris, America's Top Model, and Veronica Mars.

I just hope they keep the kids shows on the CW. I happen to like cartoons.

I'm not happy that they are merging together. Alot of the shows that I watch are on the WB. I also live in Canada and right now I subscribe to both UPN and The WB. So far there is no word on if The CW will be offered here or not. So it will be back to reruns until they are released on dvd. I have written letters to the new network supporting my favorite WB shows.

i think the CW should put Everybody Hates Chris and Girlfriends together back to back in one hour. That would bring in big ratings for them
