This week will begin the completely unconstitutional Senate trial of former President Trump to remove him from office (which in case you have been sleeping, he has been gone from for 32 days now)

Whether one likes Trump or not, all should be greatly concerned at this open ended trashing of the constitution and destroying of a persons rights. why is this trial unconstitutional?

1. The Senate can only hold trial for removal and (not or) disqualification from future office. As Trump cannot be convicted to be removed from office- he cannot be barred from future office.

2. The Chief Justice of SCOTUS MUST preside over this trial. As Justice Roberts has refused, this banana court has no legality and is just a phony trial so that Shumer and his cronies on the left can get a vote from the right to use to cudgel them in the 20222 elections.

Other actions since January 6 that should gravely concern people.

1. Biden halted the border wall, while applauding a capitol wall. Attacking their cushy surroundings is more important than hundreds of thousands of illegals, some of which are notorious gang members from such murderous groups like MS -13 illegally entering our country.

2. Sending guard members home who were found to have voted republican.

3. Openly exposing people who voted fro Trump for ridicule.

4. Members of the left Publishing the donations of private citizens that have gotten them fired.

5. AOC openly lying about members of congress and lying about her life being threatened on Jan. 6 (she was in the cannon building and nowhere near the riot)

6. Supporting the BLM riots and murder while condemning the capitol assault where no guns were fires by protesters, or people beaten, or mauled. The fatalities were a rioter shot by police and the other four due to exacerbating health conditions. Thgis is not to justify the deaths, but to keep them in perspective as to how th eleft reacts to certain deaths being acceptable to them.

7. More an more politicians on the left as well as their lock step media and more college professors calling for "re-education" camps for the right, to get them to think properly.

This is a MArxist revolution without the enormous bloodshed.

Russia had the Marxist Socialists, Germany had the National Socialists, and now we have I guess we should call them, the American socialists.

Make no mistake, there is already gorwing rumblings about going after Bible believers as being outside "acceptable" religion.

There are many more but this should suffice for now!

After the purge of the right is done, they will come after Bible believing Bible preaching followers of our Savior as being against the New world Order!

Hmm

Nineteen actually, if you're trying to be accurate.

Accuracy doesn't seem to be a concern in the OP, but fearmongering seems to be its primary focus.

I am seeing facts here without fearmongering. Can anyone call Biden out for things that aren't in our best interest without ridicule? He is no saint.

2. Sending guard members home who were found to have voted republican.

That is pretty tough to do in a country that has a secret ballot. I think you mean sending troops home who were aligned with right wing extremist groups (e.g. Proud Boys, etc.) But then why would you want to be constrained by facts?

I think the reality was that these men were assumed to be Trump supporters after the secret police sorted through their social media accounts and etc. The injustice done them remains, even if we quibble over the details.

Injustice? There was no injustice. They weren't there to be treated nicely. it wasn't a field trip for their enjoyment. They were there to defend the Capitol and the President-elect during the inauguration. Decision-makers have the right to know they have their best and safest team on the ground. You don't take chances with a thing like that after an angry mob has just laid siege to the Capitol, killed people, and tried to overturn a US election. That's why the government and military have security clearances. And, by the way this happened under Donald Trump's watch, pre-inauguration. So there is that.

3. Openly exposing people who voted fro Trump for ridicule.

A certain segment did much to bring ridicule on themselves through spouting Q nonsense about New World order, pedophile rings, stolen elections, fake news, deep state, false-flag operations, and Jewish space lasers. That segment doesn't need help from the left to look silly. They are quite good at it on their own.

Nothing in the Constitution says that Congress cannot continue with the trial after the President leaves office, especially since only one condition of Article I Section 3 had been satisfied. Congress still has the option of disqualifying him from future offices, which would be denied if only a sitting President could have this applied.
2. The Chief Justice of SCOTUS MUST preside over this trial. As Justice Roberts has refused, this banana court has no legality and is just a phony trial so that Shumer and his cronies on the left can get a vote from the right to use to cudgel them in the 20222 elections.
The Constitution only requires that the Chief Justice preside when the impeached person is the President and John Roberts has opted to decline the job.

This isn't fully uncharted territory since impeachment of a civil officer has occurred after the left office. This will need to go before SCOTUS to ensure that the Constitutionality issue can be resolved.

I see all this as being true and I am not a Republican or a Democrat. I am a Constitutionalist and sending home people in the National Guard because they are Republican and then lying about it and saying it was for a discrepancy in their background ( and discrepancy would have barred them from being in the National Guard in the first place) is a major red flag. This is unconstitutional. If they are American, there is no reason they should have been relieved from their position. Especially for not being with their party. SINCE WHEN has being in the opposing party been a threat to the Republic? That woman who got SHOT was unarmed and should have received a Federal Breaking and Entering charge. Federal Trespassing. Not SHOT AND KILLED. That death is not on the Republicans.
If there is a Democrat on the planet that says it wouldn't have been the same reaction if not worse if Trump had won is a liar. The Democrats were so butthurt after Hilary lost that Trumps reelection would have made them insane. Lets be honest. There is something going on right now that we have never seen in America before and if the Democrats don't wake up and at least stand up for the rights of fellow Republican AMERICANS, and call them out for infringing on Civil Rights then this country is in trouble. At the end of the day we are ALL AMERICANS AND DIVIDED WE FALL. PERIOD.

There are numerous inaccuracies. I don’t think a single point is without gross exaggeration or error.

I feel like your post is a really good example of the power of misinformation. Someone led you to believe that national guardsmen were dismissed from this event simply because they are Republican. That is a lie, and I don’t blame you for being upset because if it were true that would be horrible. In fact, only 12 out of 25,000 national guardsmen were removed from duty. Since at least half of the military are Republicans, we know that these guys weren’t removed simply for being Republican. So why were they removed? Do you trust the words of Trump appointee General Hokanson, chief of the National Guatd Bureau?

‘Twelve National Guard members have been removed from duties related to the inauguration of President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr., two of them for expressing anti-government sentiments, Defense Department officials said on Tuesday.

Two of the members were removed over texts and social media posts that made threatening comments toward political officials, Pentagon officials said. They declined to specify the exact nature of the threats.

I will share that they were inappropriate,” Gen. Daniel R. Hokanson, the chief of the National Guard Bureau, told reporters during a telephone briefing.

Two officials described the texts as broad in nature — not directed specifically at Mr. Biden or Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, but rather at lawmakers as a whole. One of the service members removed, the officials said, made a point of expressing support for President Trump in addition to making menacing comments.

General Hokanson said that one case was reported by the service member’s chain of command and that the other was flagged through a tip to a hotline.

The other 10 National Guard members were removed for a wide variety of issues — criminal investigations, domestic abuse or outstanding complaints. All 12 members have been sent home, Pentagon officials said...

...General Hokanson noted that the authorities were not taking any chances one day before the inauguration and as investigators have expressed concerns that some extremists may try to impersonate National Guard members by wearing military uniforms.

“At this point we don’t have the time to run down every single piece of information,” he said. “But there’s enough information for us to determine to remove them from the Capitol.”

( gasp!) Did you say 25,000? Do you realize how many people that is? In the past they deployed 7000 during inauguration. What was the purpose behind that? To be in the National Guard you cannot have a criminal record so I doubt that reason, and they are not allowed to have an opinion on the government? That is a ridiculous reason to let them go. They are with the National Guard for a reason. They had that many people there to fire on Americans. That was the statement being made. The rest of my post still stands correct and if we see any types of Civil injustices being done to our fellow Americans we should not tolerate it REGARDLESS of who it is being done to. Lord knows that I am the furthest thing from being a Muslim but I would fight neck in neck for someone to be allowed to practice their beliefs and religion in this country because that is their civil right.

Care to respond on the issue of only 12 out of 25,000 being rejected for security risks and the quotes with background from Trump’s appointee? You claimed it was just because they were Republicans. Now you’re changing your tune.

What did the OP say? Is that not what she originally posted? It wasn't my original statement. How many of the 12 were Democrats?
