Isaiah 33:

This verse is a treasure, and there is a "key" right smack in the middle of it that is beyond rubies and precious stone.

THIS verse is a Lamp Post that shines God's Light right on a hidden treasure, that is soooo easily passed over and not seen for the "key" that it is.

Precious.

Isaiah 35:

THIS is precious. It reminds me of the song i will post below.

How delightful IS our God?!!

He brings streams of waters to a parched and dry desert and brings life to a dry, parched, place of death.

Isaiah 36:

So here we have the king of Assyria coming against King Hezekiah, and the king of Assyria's messenger is attempting to instill fear and hopelessness in not only King Hezekiah, but in King Hezekiah's people. And King Hezekiah tells his people to not respond to this messenger, Rabshakeh.

Verses 13-15 highlight this:

"Then Rabshakeh stood, and cried with a loud voice in the Jews' language, and said, Hear ye the words of the great king, the king of Assyria. Thus saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you. Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us: this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria."

Isaiah 37:

God is promising that there WILL be a remnant of His people, and that they WILL thrive. This means that He is not finished with His people. There is HOPE and PROMISE. And He will see to it that it ALL comes to fruition:

Isaiah 39:

Hezekiah messed up BIG TIME here. Isaiah had to come and ask him what foolishness he had done, and to tell him what would unfold as a result of Hezekiah's foolishness and not heeding the Lord nor seeking God's guidance (in verses 5-7)

Tragic.

"Then said Isaiah to Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD of hosts: Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the LORD. And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon."
