And now we begin the New Testament.
Note: It is worthy of a study to understand how the Old Testament is an un-folding to the New Testament, and that the ENTIRE BIBLE is like a huge and brilliantly hued, beautiful tapestry, NOT separated, but woven together, from beginning to end.
ALL of it exquisitely inter-connected from one part of it to another.
How glorious is THAT??!!
It's cause for celebration and rejoicing, is it not?

This sounds like a "Child-like" kind of faith, doesn't it? Reminds me of the faith akin to Corrie Ten Boom's.
She was in line at the concentration camp and the soldiers were searching everyone. And if anyone had any Bibles, of all things, they would be confiscated and the one carrying the Bible would suffer dire consequences. So she asked God to hide it. And not only did He hide the Bible, He hid Corrie too!
The soldiers just passed on by her as if she wasn't there.
Precious God, is He not?
