Carman is another favorite of mine from the 1990s. This is probably one of his most famous songs, my friends. I hope that it blesses you as much as it blesses me.

Carman is another favorite of mine from the 1990s. This is probably one of his most famous songs, my friends. I hope that it blesses you as much as it blesses me.

This is catchy, and the rap is catchy, with Biblical lyrics. The audio quality is not that good on the VHS. Amen for Jesus for crushing evil on that cross in 33 AD. Sadly, I can not sing to this one, as the song is spoken word, compared to the beautiful and smooth voices of Michael W. Smith or Rich Mullens. Songs that are hard to sing to are not my cup of tea, but the message in The Champion is a good one.

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am glad that you liked that song by Carman. He has a lot of videos from the 90s on youtube that I do intend on sharing in the near future.

Thank you. He is not really my taste, but I like the meaning behind the lyrics. If they were sung in the style of a slow piano ballad, I could sing the lyrics in worship to the Lord. But hey, for this song, I can leave it to the professionals (Carman) to sing. Does Carman have stuff from the 2000s-2020s as well?

Some, but then he got sick with cancer and had to stop putting out music. Not too many years ago, the Lord called Carman home to Heaven.

I will say a prayer for Carman, that he is with the Lord Jesus Christ. Cancer is a tough one, and sometimes, it could be God calling us home.
