well depending on who's names are mentioned & flamed there... it is important to some people & how they view leadership here.

I guess I just can't get myself to care what they might have to say about me/us. And really, if they're in leadership positions here ... like there would be anything we could do about them if they happened to be two-faced anyways?

Yep, nothing can be done, but the info is good to know. In the business world, or anywhere I guess, it is always good to know who you can trust and who you cannot.

There is this one lady at work...She is known to be a mole, meaning she is tight with the President. So, if we ever want the President to know anything without actually going to the President ourselves, we just tell her.

So, knowing who is who and how to use that information is always good.

well its like anything, knowledge can always be helpful - I prefer it over being blind & ignorant to help me make more informed decisions or choices.

You never know later what you may be able to do or choose with certain info... everyone's different, but definitely to some it's important while to others it may not be.
