CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

"Jesus, fairer than all of the sons of men, with the abundance of grace poured upon His lips, is the One who is anointed by His Father with the 'oil of gladness' above all His companions(Ps.45:2,7). The One who is the most beautiful and the richest in grace is also the 'happiest' Man in all of heaven and earth. He rejoices over us with gladness and singing(Zeph.3:17). His heart overflows with enjoyment and delight. Many times in scripture God speaks of the actual fact of His joy, but only once, in Isaiah 62:5, does He actually elaberate on what kind of joy it is that dwells within Him. He says, "My delight over you is like a Bridegroom rejoicing over his bride."...He describes His love in the Song of Solomon with unmatched description. "...Love is as strong as death, jealousy as cruel as the grave; its flames are flames of fire, a most vehement flame. Many waters cannot quench love, nor can the floods drown it" (Song 8:6-7) When we encounter this unyielding love, this love so jealous that no power on the earth can prevail against it, a fierce peace embraces our trembling hearts. Oh my goodness shulamite! What you posted would bring a sigh to the lips of any lover of Jesus. Its so beautiful to think of Him fulll of joy! He certainly deserves to be. How precious to be one that He is jealous over. I'm tellin' y'all, you HAVE to get that CD "Kiss your bride."

I'm glad it blessed you!
He has revealed His personal jealousy over me and it melted my heart when He did so for the first time. It was amazing and yet so tender. I felt so cherished, so protected and SO WANTED AND DESIRED.
I found the ONE my heart loves and now that I've found Him, I will never let go, nor will there ever be another!
