  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

John nodded as he drank the tea in one gulp. "Alright, so, you won't move out of here, which would be more dangerous for you if the bullies find out where you live. In which case, I'm going to have to stay here for the night, just in case. I'm going to go to get some of my clothes to spend the night and keep watch over you and don't try to protest because I already made my mind up," he said before getting up from his seat. "And don't worry, I'll bring a sleeping bag and a pillow so you won't have to adjust your apartment."

"Hey, don't worry, I can take care of myself. Oh, and just to warn you, when I sleep, I sleep without a shirt on so don't be surprised to see me without my shirt on. Well I better go and get my stuff before I spend the night here," he said as he went to the door. "One more thing, I'll lend you some money so you can move to a safer apartment complex. It's the least I can do," he siad with a smile.

(Alright)
John smiled as he gathered his clothes and his sleeping bag, along with a pillow. "Mom, I'm going to stay the night at a friend's house, ok?" he said to let her know. "Alright hon, just don't forget to bring your cell phone," she said before he left. A couple of minutes later John was at Yukzuki's door. He knocked three times to let her know that it was him.

(((Oh, fine. The one time I want you to continue....You know me, the hopless romantic.... )))

Edward yawned, as he woke up. He stretched out, and walked over to his desk. His cell phone lay there. He knew that at about 7:14, Edie would send him a text of the people she had killed during the night. Edward turned on the news.

"...And Danny Martin was reported dead in the classroom when SWAT team investigated the scene. More on this report at 3. Now, we go to the weather...." the news lady said. Edward turned it off.

"Well, it worked." Edward said. He recalled when he had first discovered the Book's properties.....

---------FLASHBACK-----------

"Edward, let me see that book!" Edie squealed.

"I'm translating it." Edward replied, short. Edie frowned.

"Why not? I wanna see something!" Edie whined. Edward sighed. "Fine." he replied, handing it to her. She plopped down on the floor, pulled out a pen, and began to write.

"Edward and Edie returned to school the next day without much incident. However, they saw something strange parked outside the school.....A long, black limo.

"Who's that?" Edie asked.

"Dunno..." Edward has replied, in a strange interested tone.

As they progressed through the school day, they discovered a young man cloaked in black and a dark hat.

Edie gasped. "It's Green Day!!"

"Who?" Edward asked. "How can you even tell?" Edward asked.

"I saw some of his hair poke out from beneath the hat..." Edie said.

-------------END FLASHBACK---------------

"And, of course. It happened...." Edward said. He pulled out the embarassing phot of Edie smiling a cheesy grin, as she grabbed all the members of Green Day. Edward's head poked out from the corner.

Edward sighed. "Time for school...." he said, walking next door.

John stretched when he woke up, which caused his sweat covered chest to peek out in the early morning light. "Yuzuki, are you up yet? I'm going to have to take a shower, so is it ok if I used your shower?" he asked as he pulled himself from his sleeping bag.

BUZZBUZZBUZZ!!!
Edie jumped awake, her alarm clock going off like a maniac. Raising her head she realized she had fallen asleep on the Book, it was open to a page where Edie had been sketching a picture of a flower. She knew she would get it from Edward for wasting the pages, but she had finished writing and had gotten bored. Yawning widely she began her morning routine, shower, change, hair, makeup. When she was done she went back to her room and grabbed the Book and carefully placed it in her backpack. She looked at the clock, 7:13 "I should tell Edward..." She pulled out her phone and quickly texted one word, Anthony.

Edward's phone vibrated, just as he walked out of the house.

"Anthony?!" he whispered angrily. He walked up to her door, and waited for her to come out.
