I really need to catch up on my reading today. But I'm feeling so lazy. lol

In January I began reading Kim Stanley Robinson's Mars Trilogy (Red Mars, Green Mars and Blue Mars) the started Frank Herbert's Dune Series, starting with Dune and ending with Chapterhouse: Dune. I just finished 2001: A Space Odyssey and beginning 2010: Odyssey Two by Arthur C. Clarke.

Next I might read The Jewish War by Josephus or the History by Ammianus Marcellinus. I have a lot of history books on Rome, the Viking Age and on American history, all of which I want to read

I read cozy mysteries. I’ve been working through Agatha’s collection and I’m halfway done. I finished Chesney’s Hamish MacBeth series.

Lots of non-fiction. Primarily business/finance, self-help, psychology, history/society, biography, autobiography, memoirs, home, fashion/beauty, food, travel and religion.

As for fiction, classics, Amish fiction and historical romance.

Yes! That’s one of my favorites. Murder on the Orient Express and The Big Four are equally good.

Poirot is really tested. He often outwits his adversaries. But this was a nice twist.

I've read Bleak House and Little Dorrit out of these. Great choices! War & Peace is a huge book, lol. BUt I also felt that way about Little Women and now that I've read it a couple of times it goes by quickly lol

I'm a big fan of the classic Father Brown stories by G.K. Chesterton: The Complete "Father Brown", by G. K. Chesterton

Also of the classic detective novels written by Dorothy L. Sayers.

And of the Marcus Didius Falco novels by Lindsey Davis.

I’ve watched Father Brown and Cadfael. I have heard good reviews on Sayers and Ellis Peters. If cozy’s are your forte, there’s lot of ideas here. I go there often to find recommendations.
