When people resort to habitual name calling, fabrication of evidence, extreme exaggeration of reality, and general deception, I tend to wonder about the movement.

Maybe a new public relations representative would help to cut to the chase. It sounds like your argument should be that even if Obama was born in Hawaii he was not eligible to be president, i.e. natural born vs. native born.

Sorry if I don't accept a 115 year old Dear Abby column by a lawyer who I don't recall being on the Supreme Court as being case law. Additionally the example of the Irish-American born to two Irish parents Percy Bridgham uses doesn't apply, the President's mother was an American. That same factor is absent from Wong-Kim.

There simply doesn't appear to be any special definition attached to "natural born citizen" in the Constitution and the President meets that criteria.

Well, our Father hated Esau before he was ever in the womb, and yet it is also written ‘we are to hate our parents more if we love the Lord.’ We know it means to love less, and we know to hate the sin and not the sinner. I have become accustom to the “race card” when posting about this subject, and have found that it is better to answer the usual lazy posts.

Obama had, and admits, dual-nationality. Having dual-nationality is mutually exclusive with the requirements to make one a natural born Citizen.


No surprises though, it seems lots of people do not understand what is a natural born Citizen.

If being a “Citizen”, or “born Citizen”, had the same exact effect as being a “natural born Citizen” then the clause in the Constitution would have no effect.

A natural born Citizen has no other allegiance other then to this nation, naturally, meaning by God’s nature, no man made law about it, there is no other choice due to the allegiance of parents who are both citizens and themselves having allegiance to this nation and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

Exactly the one method that requires no interpretation of law. The Citizenship is completely and utterly self-evident. "Self-evident" is the other word for "Natural", as in "Natural Law" and "natural born Citizen".
