Hawaii's new governor, Neil Abercrombie, stirred the "birther" pot just before Christmas when he promised to launch an expedition for Obama's long form birth certificate. Chris Matthews reported on the Abercrombie quest, and though calling himself an "enemy of the birthers," surprised us by acknowledging that the advertised short form is indeed a different document than an actual long form certificate and that it should be released. Matthews' guests on the segment agreed, noting once it was out they could "make even more fun of the birthers."
　
But less than a month later, when it was Abercrombie's turn to produce the long form, he turned up empty-handed, and instead offered some ambiguous lines about something "written down" that "actually exists."

Dual citizenship, a divided allegiance that experts contend the Constitution's framers sought to avoid for the Presidency, is a status created when the country of a child's birth (documented by a birth certificate) and the country of citizenship of the parents are in conflict. Obviously the Arizona and Nebraska legislators concerned themselves with crafting laws supporting the Constitution's finer points of eligibility rather than the sensational search for the missing long form.

"Unless Obama pulls out a certificate listing a birth father other than the one Abercrombie remembers seeing him with as a child, or reneges on the assertion on his "Fight the Smears" campaign website that he had, until age 23, foreign citizenship from his Kenyan father, he won't qualify for the ballots in these two states. How did Nancy Pelosi certify Obama as a natural born Citizen and eligible without any documentation? Both Obama and Nancy Pelosi signed legal documents attesting to the truthfulness of their claim that Obama met the Constitutional requirements for eligibility for the office of president.
　
This issue is a Cancer on democrats, and it’s growing! The heart and soul of the nation do not like to be told they have “no standing” when it comes to the leader of our nation.

'You may know that there is video proof that Michelle Obama has referred to Kenya as her husband’s “home country.” Members of the Kenyan Parliament have stated on the record that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Kenya, as did the Kenyan ambassador to the United States, Peter Ogego. Another report emanating from Hawaii stated that he was born in Indonesia but was later changed to say that his birthplace was Honolulu. Why are there so many inconsistencies in regard to this man’s birth?

Obama himself has admitted that he was born a dual citizen due to his father’s British citizenship as a Kenyan, as Kenya had been a British colony at the time of Barack Obama Sr.’s birth. Obama also conspicuously referred to himself as “native born,” not “natural born,” on his campaign website in 2008. Why did Obama not declare himself a “natural born Citizen,” as is required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, and then provide the proof?

There remains a question as to whether or not Obama holds Indonesian citizenship.'

Is Barack Obama constitutionally eligible for the presidency?

Obama has never proven his eligibility. And, even more tragic, he has never been asked by any controlling legal authority to do so.
