David, if you read my opening post again, I don't think the beast in the bottomless pit is Satan himself. But the serpent, the literal beast, in the garden.

Both beasts (implied) in Revelation 17:8 are principal's of Satan's mystery plan. Both sold/will sell out to Satan to rule the nations of the world. Satan offered that same deal to Jesus, but Jesus refused.

4. The beast in Revelation 17:8a represents the original serpent in the Garden of Eden, now in the bottomless pit as a disembodied spirit.

5. The beast in Revelation 17:8b represents the end times person, the man in Revelation 13:1, who the world will witness being killed and come back to life.

The end times person will be possessed by the serpent spirit that will ascend out of the bottomless pit. Neither is Satan.

The fed is the source of a lot of problems, I agree.

The ten kings are in Daniel 7 as well and come out of the fourth empire, the Roman Empire. We don't have anything today with that title. What we have is the essence of being the Roman Empire,as the EU.

The little horn person who becomes leader of the EU, may well indeed have a banking background. Because later on, when he becomes the beast, he uses the economic buying/selling system to control people.

And before then, when he is killed for claiming to be God, in Ezekiel 28:1-10, there is indication of him
acquiring wealth. In verse 3, God is mocking him, for thinking he so smart. There is also indication that he is into Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism, in Daniel 8:23-25, indicating that he understands "dark sentences".

3 Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:

4 With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures:

5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:

Fascinating, the Word of God. Nothing is hidden which shall not be revealed.

There can only be one human in Revelation 13. The false prophet. The image is given life. Satan is the beast standing on the land with the voice of the dragon.

As the Adversary, Satan enables the false prophet. Then Satan reveals who he is. Well the secret will be out in the 6th seal. All the seals will be opened before the Trumpets even start blowing.

The beast of Revelation 17:11 = 8th king of the Daniel 7 fourth kingdom = the man in Revelation 13:1 who is king of the Revelation 13:1 kingdom, which that kingdom is the Daniel 7 fourth kingdom.

The Daniel 7 fourth kingdom was the Roman Empire. In the end times, the Roman Empire is the EU. The beast, as the 8th king of the Roman Empire (of 7 other related kings in Revelation 17:10) will be the dictator of the EU for the last 42 months of the 7 years.

The word "Beast" is another word for "Kingdom"
Daniel 7 (and Daniel 2) show there are FOUR "Beasts/Kingdoms"
on earth.

If you cannot be consistent with the use of the term "Beast/Kingdom"
then WHY in the world would you ever think your theories are valid?
