Some congregations even have a common meal before or after each weekly service (or one of their weekly services). I cook for one of these. Still have to figure out the menu and shop for this Sunday night. I'm having a hard time deciding because a lot of our members will be attending a picnic earlier in the afternoon, so I'm not sure what to serve at 5 pm. I'm leaning toward soup.
