I live in California.

I have about 3 hours free Saturday morning. My husband encouraged me to go out and see some of Atlanta while here. I decided to check out the Jimmy Carter Library & see if I might like to go there. It turns out tomorrow is Jimmy Carter's 80th birthday & there's a big celebration there until 11 pm, free and open to the public. I'm going to try to get some folks from the conference to go out there with me after dinner tomorrow night! :clap:

Jimmy Carter is the president I admire most in my lifetime. I'm so excited I might be able to go to this event!

:clap: :clap: Yay!!! I am so glad for you that you will get to go. Maybe if you meet Jimmy Carter you can tell him that there are lots of people who can't come but who greatly admire his stance for peace and compassion and human rights. ;) Which is of course very true. (Though I know that lots of people hate him also, for reasons I can't understand. :confused: ) He is such a wonderful example compared with any other twentieth century president!!!
