I think Nicole is being too hard on Tim and is also expecting too much from him having known him for a whole TWO WEEKS or whatever.

And Trumps comments about her dumping him are just him trying to rattle the cage.

I think the whole showmance thing is so inappropriate in a business interview setting. I haven't liked seeing it in the past, and I sure don't like seeing it with basso profundo-voiced Nicole.

I think Trump believes it boosts ratings and that's why he plays it up so much. It's hard to believe that in real life he would encourage such distraction from the business at hand.

LOL! No, I guess she can't do anything about her voice, but it would be less grating if she wouldn't be so loud--that is something she does have control over.

Wow, did James, Stephanie and Frankie really just walk off without saying goodbye to Tim, or did the editors just make it look that way? The team members could have said goodbye to each other inside the mansion. I'd prefer to believe that's what happened. But then, I'm a woman. Perhaps men aren't so sentimental when they say goodbye.

And what's with Christine wearing a cross necklace two weeks after ridiculing Muna for praying? Just a fashion statement? How offensive.

Kinetic's brochure really did look loads better. I gotta give them props for the cut out mouthwash bottle idea.

I didn't notice that!
I was genuinely shocked at Christine's rant about Muna's beliefs. And it wasn't just that one week, she had done it before. But when she said, "It's not Jesus in the boardroom she has to worry about..." I thought, oh my, she doesn't know what she's saying.
She's definitely my least favorite at this point.

I didn't notice the cross either! I didn't get to watch the show very closely though because I wasn't feeling very well.

Christine is definitely my least favorite too.

I'm still stuck on Stephani to go all the way.

As I can't stand Christine, I can't say I'm unhappy she went home, but I was still surprised! I had that wrong - I thought for sure Nicole was going. I have to agree with the firing of Heidi though. I liked her up until tonight - there was just no saving herself, and she contradicted herself waaaay too many times trying to save her own skin.

I really think that both Frankie and his partner should have gone home. They both did a horrible job, and Frankie was just annoying IMO. I disagree with sending Christine home, but of course she made a crucial mistake so I see where Trump was coming from on that.

Yep, glad Christine is gone but Nicole deserved to be fired just as much as she did, if not more so. Christine would have faired much better if she had chose to work with Heidi instead of Nicole.

As soon as the 3 teams of 2 was mentioned I told my husband that James and Stephanie needed to team up. I think they are the strongest individually and they've also worked very well together the entire season.

I personally think that Stephani is the top candidate but Trump may prefer James' powerful personality. Have you noticed how calm, confident and in control Stephani has been in every situation. She absolutely hated the tent situation and spoke passionately about it yet still maintained and attitude of control.

Speaking of the tents, aren't we all pleased to see them done away with?!

Stephani's presentation skills are AMAZING. I love listening to her present. Her and James completely blew the other teams out of the water.

As much as some may find Frankie annoying, he's very strong with his arguments and he fought the good fight in the boardroom... and won.

I'm glad Kristine got fired as well. There's not a thing about her that I like. Too bad about Heidi though.. I had high hopes for her.

I don't think that Frankie is a strong candidate at all but he is defintely a fighter and I truly enjoy watching him! I am surprised though that Trump is so impressed with him. I had to agree with Trump Jr. when he said that Frankie lacks polish but that he's a fighter.

Frank is a worker bee, not an executive. Did you see the video he created? They filmed every tile in the shower!

Oh yes! So was I! I don't think that was fair at all. I thought that it would put the first team at a disadvantage because the other teams could pick up ideas from the other presentations. Fortunately, Stephani and James had such a superior campaign that it didn't affect the outcome.

As much as I like Stephani... I haven't seen her in a management position because the dumb show had that new Project Manager rule where the same person continues over and over again as PM. Same goes for Nicole.

I wonder how this will affect things.

Excellent point! Hopefully, Trump will tell the producers of the show that the Project Manager gimick used for this season is a hindrance to the true process.

The web site says "one final task, one final showdown". I'm not sure what that means since we're still on the final four.


I'm still surprised that Nicole and Frankie are in the final four.
