...but at least, Trump is humble and self-consious enough, that at the end of the show after the firing, he always asks his assistants if what he did was the right decision.
and they always give the same truthful answer. "Oh, yes Mr. Trump, that was the right decision." :D

I think that having the girls lose was strategic.

Trump always wants the final 4 to be 2 guys and 2 girls.

...so do you think getting rid of Tammy was strategic so that allie and Roxanne would lose against Sean and Lee next week - and both of them get fired?

How else could both members of a team get fired, esp in a fashion show, and how else could the girls lose a fashion show against Lee and Sean (nudity?)

Isn't the motto of the show: "It's Not Personal, It's Just Business!"?

Yes, but I wonder how far that goes between a father and daughter.

I am just guessing. Trump made such a big deal about getting rid of sabatogers last week, I am guessing that after Trump saw the show with Allie and Roxanne trying to lose, that he will not pick either one for his apprentice. No inside info. Lee and Sean at least both tried to win and were a team. Trump watched last weeks show. He also probably saw the outtakes of last week which was more of the same of Allie and Roxanne not doing anything to win. Bill also would not want either one of them.

At this stage in the show, don't they have the final four contestants all go through interviews with varioius CEO's?

And then they give their feedback to Trump, and Trump fires two of them and offers the final two their ultimate task?

They haven't done that with all of the seasons.

Then, is it with the final 3?

That has never happened before - a finale with 3.

It is more likely that 2 will get fired next week.

And at this point, after this week, I dont see where Allie is any better than Roxanne, or vice versa - they both kept rolling their eyes at Tammy.

It's not the finale I'm talking about.

There's usually an episode, close to the end, where the final 4 or 3 people all go through this "gruelling" interview with some top-dog CEOs from major companies.

Then the CEO's go into the boardroom and give Trump their opinions on the candidates.

Trump calls the candidates into the room, gives them the feedback that he got from the CEOs, and then fires one or two of them on the spot, until there are only two people left.

Sound familiar now?

It was not on NBC's schedule the last time I looked.

One more episode ( titled: "who wears the pants" ), then the finale is all that is scheduled.

Redguard, I was also thinking that 4 usually go to the interviews but according to this week's "on the next apprentice" next week is another task.

I haven't watched all the seasons, but I know on one season there were 4 people when they did the interviews and another season there were 3. Maybe there is one more task and elimination and then the interviews. I can't imagine Trump would eliminate that step as talking with people is an important business skill, but who knows. I could be part of the finale.

I had a feeling both girls were going to be fired and I'm glad they were. I wasn't a big fan of either of them. Especially Allie.

Great reward that the men got - who knows Trump better than their kids? I like both finalists but I think Lee might have the edge- although Mark seems more confident. Either way, it'll be a great show, provided there are no giveaways on the ending!!!!^_^ ^_^ ^_^
