Not according to Rom 14 and Col 2.

Romans 14 is speaking of fasting.

Colossians 2:16-17

16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths,17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

Notice.

Nowhere in this sentence does it say we don’t have to keep the Holy Days or Sabbaths.

“Let no one judge you”,

People were apparently judging them for keeping these things. The people judging them are described in the verses above.

“8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.”

The Sabbath was NEVER a principle of men, it was a day Sanctified by God and made Holy. Christ called Himself the “Lord” of that day. Matthew 12:8. The Sabbath day WAS IN FACT, according to Christ.

So what does the verse actually say?

The word “substance” is Soma, and properly translated “Body”. It’s the SAME WORD translated Body in Colossians 1:18, 1:22, 1:24, 2:11, 2:17.

σῶμαsōma,so'-mah; fromG4982; the body (as a sound whole), used in a very wide application, literally or figuratively:—bodily, body, slave.

The expression “belongs to Christ” is properly translated “Of Christ”.

Notice the FOOTNOTES at the bottom.

Colossians 2:16-17New American Standard Bible (NASB)

16 Therefore no one is to [a]act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath [b]day— 17 things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the [c]substance[d]belongs to Christ.

Footnotes:

  1. Colossians 2:16 Lit judge you
  2. Colossians 2:16 Or days
  3. Colossians 2:17 Lit body
  4. Colossians 2:17 Lit of Christ

So let’s read it again.

16 Therefore no one is ton]" style="box-sizing: border-box">[n]act as your judge in regard tofood ordrink or in respect to afestival or anew moon or aSabbatho]" style="box-sizing: border-box">[o]day—17 things which areamereshadow of what is to come; but theBody of Christ.

Paul is telling them, let NO ONE IN THE WORLD, OUTSIDE THE CHURCH [observers of talmub likely in this case] judge you in regards to how you keep the Sabbath or Holy Days [which reveal what is to come in Gods plan]. He is saying LET THE CHURCH, the BODY OF CHRIST, judge you in how you observe these things.

– In fact, Christ was “Judged” for how He kept the Sabbath. Christ did not say the Sabbath was done away, He taught us the PROPER way to keep it.

Young's Literal Translation

12How much better, therefore, is a man than a sheep? — so that it is lawful on the Sabbaths to do good.’

Christ DID NOT tell us the day was done away, HE TAUGHT US HOW TO KEEP IT LAWFUL. He simply rebuked the Pharisee’s for adding their manmade law’s to the Sabbath. In fact He even called Himself the LORD, of the Sabbath.

Young's Literal Translation
for the son of man is lord even of the sabbath.'

IF He is our Lord, shouldn’t we keep it also?

Romans 14 is speaking of fasting.
Does this appear in Romans 14 -

5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
Colossians 2:16-17

Sorry but I don't understand what you're saying.

Maybe that's why Jesus said -

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Mat 11

No! Because Jesus said -

10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. JN 15

He commands you to keep the Sabbath and you refuse too....
Heb 4:9... There REMAINS a Sabbath rest for the people of God.

Romans 14, read the verses around it, the day related to eating and drinking.... Paul is talking about fasting.

colossians 2, the Church is called the "Body of Christ" in scripture. Paul is saying don't let the Jews judge you regarding the Holy days, let the CHURCH judge you concerning the Holy Days. To summarize quickly..

Nope it doesn't give a command. Sorry

Paul is also talking about days. If Pau were only talking about fasting he wouldn't need to mention days.

Nope! It doesn't say let anyone (especially the religious) judge you.

Paul, nowhere in the book of Romans is talking about the Sabbath or is there any debate over the Sabbath. Romans 14 IN CONTEXT is talking about fasting and about what days they wanted to choose to fast or not. As usual, yiou cherry pick and take verses out of context to make your point.

Colossians 2:8 (NKJV)
8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Colossians 2:16-20(NKJV)
16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. 18 Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,19 and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.

20 Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations—

-Are the Holy Days of God Empty deceit?
-Are the Holy Days of God traditions of men?
-Are the Holy Days of God basic principles of the world?
-Are the Holy Days of God not according to Christ?

Col 2:16 is telling the new converts to Christ that came from living in a Pagan society to not let anyone judge them for actually keeping the Feast Days and commandments of God, NOT that they shouldnt let anyone judge them for eating pork, breaking the Sabbath or making up their own holidays.

Its okay, some just cant handle the truth when it debunks all the lies they have been passed down that they thought was truth. I pretty much laid it out in full context for you. Read Col 2 from verse 1-16 and you can clearly see its no way it is saying dont let anyone judge you for not keeping the commandments of God vs what it actually says in dont let anyone judge you actually keeping the commands of God.

Why of course the sabbath isn't a day.

No one here is judging anyone for keeping your (amended) sabbath. Some here are trying their bestest to condemn those who don't keep the (amended) law even after being pointed to passages as Rom 7:6 and a host of others showing the law currently has no jurisdiction. We've even quoted Jesus to no avail.
