No its not apart of the Commandments but it does say in
Romans 1:27
27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

Did you ever read Timothy, Acts15. Jesus also said sexual immorality was evil.
Leviticus18 states one must not sleep with a person of the same sex because it is an abomination. Leviticus20 calls it a detestable act (notice its labeled detestable. This indicated God personally felt in his own eyes it was evil)

I dont know how you can say that?

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters, nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."

Just read this article and then and only then can you argue with me...

From a lot of what I read in this forum, if I weren't already a Christian I'd be inclined to believe that the Scripture actually reads:

One of the scribes came, and heard them questioning together. Knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the greatest of all?”

Jesus answered, “The greatest is, ‘Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one: you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. The second is like this, 'You shall be a heterosexual.' There is no other commandment greater than these.”
Isn't it wonderful that ALL the world problems -- starvation, lack of potable water, homelessness, rampant diseases like AIDS, hepatitis, dengue, malaria, Ebola, etc., lack of affordable health care, the current wars, terrorism, economic and social injustice, the threat of nuclear or biological warfare, genocide, corrupt politicians, etc. -- HAVE ALL BEEN SOLVED so we can finally concentrate on the one overridingly important problem facing humankind: HOMOSEXUALITY! :amen:

Read the link I gave you, it explains everything.

I read it before and it is distorted facts. Your link misses a lot of points on the teachings of Jesus and the meaning behind a "transgression"

Homosexuals transgress the Leviticus law of Chapter 18 and 20.

Homosexuals transgress the Leviticus law of Chapter 18 and 20.
That is a ceremonial/idolatry violation of a ritual sex act that was being done. We do not follow the old Leviticus laws anymore. Context is everything...

Where does it say it is ceremonial? :yum: I am waiting to taste your answer.

Leviticus laws were also moral laws. God called them detestable for that reason.

Put it this way: murder is murder, even outside of rituals. God forbid murder (child sacrifice) even if it isn't a ritual. Even today, sacrificing your child is considered to be evil, no matter what its done for. This is a moral law that is inscribed in our hearts.
What your telling me is like saying that sexual immorality isn't a sin because it doesn't say "thou shalt not commit sexual immorality" within the 10 commandments. Your seeing in only black and white, open your eyes and stop being blind.
Sexual immorality is a sin, preached by Jesus himself. Detestable acts, commited from the heart, are immoral. Remember what Jesus said, it isn't what happens outside the body but what comes from the heart: out from it makes a person unclean.

Homosexuality, beastiality, incest are sexually immoral according to Leviticus18 and 20, whether you perform rituals or not, and thus, are transgressions against God.

Homosexuals transgress the Leviticus law of Chapter 18 and 20.

So you can tell me that you obey the entire Law?

All 613 of them?

Because if homosexuals are guilty of transgressing the Leviticus law of Chapter 18 and 20, and following the Leviticus law is now a condition of salvation — congratulations, my friend: you're now beholden to following ALL 613 Laws and you will obtain righteousness before God ONLY by following those laws to the letter.

Hope you observed the Sabbath today. The penalty for not observing the Sabbath is — death.

Wearing 2 different fabrics, not stoning your children to death for back talking to you, and not burning witches also transgress Leviticus. Do you obey them?

On Stoning: "Who he is without sin may cast the first stone"

But, also remember, Jesus gave us a new commandment "That we love one another as he loved us"

Jesus also said:

"What goes into a man's mouth does not make him 'unclean,' but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him 'unclean.'"
-Matthew 15:11

"He went on: 'What comes out of a man is what makes him "unclean." For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make a man "unclean."'"

As do you, since I doubt you stand up for the public execution of active homosexuals.

Homosexuality is a transgression.
God's grace saves homosexuals through Jesus.
Law and Grace are inseparable.

Your putting words in my mouth. Why are you persecuting me in this way? Do you not understand why there is grace? By Law, you and I are condemned! But God's grace saves us.
So then? Does this mean that we are free to commit the vilest of evils as a result of this free gift from God? No, of course not!
Jesus died so the God's wrath could be satisifed for our transgressions with the death of Jesus.
You haven't listened to what Jesus taught:

Are you so blind that you don't even understand this:
What goes into a man's mouth does not make him 'unclean,' but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him 'unclean.'"
-Matthew 15:11

Are mixed fibers an unclean thing? Is shellfish? No, they are not. They do not defile the body because they originate from the outside.
But from the inside comes evils that originate from the heart. And you and I both know that God looks to the heart to determine a person's character.

-Mark 7:20-23

So far, I've been slandered by some of you on this forum and some of you have been arrogant towards me. In addition, you have not spoken to me in love but have insulted me by prejudging me.

Do you not know that we are to "be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
-Matthew 5:48

"With the measure you use, it will be measured to you–and even more."

You should be very careful in promoting homosexuality as not being a transgression, for Jesus himself said these words:
"And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck."
-Mark 9:42
