My doctor says medication and exercises. If that doesn't work then injections, and if that doesn't work then possible surgery. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.

I have a cane to help me walk sometimes because the pain is just so intense. My kiddos call it my walking stick! I'm only 35 but I feel as old as my grandma. I'm just thankful that my asthma and arthritis are under relative control now.

I'm not exactly sure what I did to injure my back. My doctor thinks it may be from multiple pregnancies.

Yeah. Could be. I developed back probs (not from that) when I was in my late twenties. I did not have a ruptured disc (at least I don't think I did. I didn't have MRI or myelegram) but it was pretty bad for awhile and I never knew what I did to cause it.
