That awkward moment when the ads on CF are for Norton Cancer center and "cookies" can't explain why you're seeing them. Good thing I am not superstitious.

That awkward moment when a good male friend stops you and says "May I put some flavour in your mouth?" And while I'm trying to pick my jaw up off the floor (because yeah...I went there...), he goes and gets a bag of cheese curls.

If that were anyone else, I'd have slapped him.

Btw...they were deep-dish pizza cheese curls...he wanted me to try them because it's an unusual flavour. They were really good.

I wouldn't take that personally. The person might have been doing a FB clean, which I have to do drastically with mine. I'm pretty sure I'll get some upset people too, but can't please 'em all!

Thanks. So frustrating the reactions I get. I myself actually love a lot of work, especially if I'm working with my hands doing something like landscaping. But I hardly have the umph to do dishes these days. People see me as lazy or a "loser"...not fun.

Oy, I had that sort of crap happen to me twice. First time some guy at a bar asked me what I did for a living while I was just eating my wings. I told him I work at a recycling depot and he went on a rant how I should learn a trade or join the military and that I should be ashamed for still living with my parents. I was too embarrassed to tell him that I'm autistic and thus things are going to be harder for me.

Second time was at my uncle's wedding. Some drunk guy stumbled in and asked my what I did for a living. Again, I answered honestly and he went on that I should learn a trade and that I should "step up my game". Later I found out that he himself doesn't have a job and he was seen with a bong at the wedding.

I really hate people.
