When you mention it's unhealthy to drink a ton of a soy milk to a girl who drinks liters a week. Then she says she knows it contains a lot of estrogen.... then says it's for ... umm. cup size. Then asks me if I want to know if it works in an innocent and non perv way. All calm like, and awkward on my end. We moved onto something like zombie movies for a topic. I didn't flinch lol!
I don't blame her since her English isn't too good, there isn't a filter, and she is comfortable around me.
Another time. I find out her weight and how she gained 9 pounds. Later she apologizes for telling me since it might have been improper.

I'm used to it. Just how some people are and I accept it.

This has happened to me before- followed by that awkward moment when they say something important enough that you have to call them back to let them know they had the wrong number...........

I don't know if you would call this an awkward moment, but when I was in my twenties I received a prank phone call. You know the ones, "Is your refrigerator running?", "Do you have Prince Albert in a can?". The problem was, I knew all the answers. So, every time I would answer the question, they would hang up. I could tell that it was a young teenage girl. This goes on, call after call, for about 45 minutes. Then, there is a long pause and I think they are done for the night. About 20 minutes after the last call, the phone rings, I pick it up and say hello. There is a girl on the line, but it isn't the same girl, and she is laughing. Seems the older sister caught her 15 year old youngest sister and her friends making prank calls. So, she calls up to apologize. I dated the older sister for over a year and every time I would come to pick her up, her younger sister would run away and hide in her room.

Not awkward for me, but very awkward for the youngest sister.

Well. In church the awkard moment is when the preacher sometimes asks you to turn to the person sitting next to you and say 'you are awesome' . Especially if you dont think you are awesome or done anything awesome, and also, its an overused piece of christianese.

That awkward moment when you're staying in the hospital with your dad, and two cute nurses walk in for their morning rounds and not only do you realize you're again sitting in a 'draw me like one of your French girls' poses, but you're also still in your PJ's.
