  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi guys! I just want to thank you all for your prayers and encouragement, its been a great blessing to me! I got my GED in the mail yesterday, and I'm very thankfull to God for helping me pass! Please continue to pray for me as I still don't know what to do with my life, I'm not sure if its gods will for me to try and get into college or not. I still have very low confidence and self esteem, but my faith has strengthened some! Please pray that God will help me to know his will, and that he will make my path strait, and please pray that I will be able to be in a relationship, and that God will lead me to the right person. Also, please pray for my bro, he's having a harder time with the GED classes than I did, and its discouraging him a lot! Thanks again for all your prayers! God bless you guys!

Thanks! I'm trying to help my bro, but he gets mad at me sometimes. :-\
I'm trying to allow God to lead me, please pray that his plan and will for me would be obvious to me, I'm dumb, and don't take a hint most of the time.
As far as relationships, I wish I could be in one now, its hard to see everyone else and their happy partners. There's a girl I work with that I like, but she's out of my league.
Its makes me sad to know that having a relationship with her would be impossible. I don't know how I will ever feel good enough for anyone :-( thanks again for your prayers!

And remember, no person is too good for any other person. We are all sinners and all God's children.

Also, keep in mind the the wisdom of not being unequally yoked.
