CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

And a special thanks to (you know who) for the 1,000 blessings. I know I have already told you thank you - but thanks again. It was so sweet. The first thing I did was run out and buy my new outfit.
(Granny twirls around for all to see and admire her new frock). And then I tootled around blessing people who have prayed for others. Lastly I helped someone get their forum character and some clothes for it. So you see your blessing has snowballed and blessed a lot of others in the process.

190 blessings, 200 (twice) and 2325! Not sure I deserve all this, but bless you anyhow. I put some in the bank because I am saving to (hopefully) sponsor one of those dress up contests. And I used a BUNCH to really blast one of the new ladies with clothes and jewelry, and a mink. The spirit moved me & she needed a pick-me-up almost as much as I needed to bless someone.
