It's odd that someone is trying to make policy without a concrete example of what they are complaining about. Almost as if to do so would make them look bad.

It's hard to go on the administrators word about the poster or try to imagine what kind of poster would have traumatized a small child to the point that policies need to be updated.

From the second hand account it sounds very sketchy though.

There's no need for "Race" to be interjected upon young children, they are color blind already, it's adults with an agenda that removes this blindness found in children
