hiya, my day has been pretty nice! bought myself a new outfit today + a few necessities, and made a chicken dinner this evening. now it's peace and quiet in the house. just enjoying the evening here, sitting on the couch with my wireless laptop.

You are just a cool chick. I like your CF blouse, too. Did you buy something that looked like that today, tootsie?

Hubby had surgery two weeks ago. Ex-hubby is harassing and have had to go back to mediation the last two weeks and next. Working, working on addition, vacation in the million degree weather a few weeks ago...fun stuff like that! LOL

I'm hoping to get back on board soon. The major part of the addition will be over soon. The minor stuff will drag on another couple of months, but soon I'll be free!

What are you doing with the rest of the summer?

Well, I'm glad you found your way back. I hope your hubby is doing well.

Let's see...next week I'm going to Kentucky for a few days for work. I have a new grandbaby that I plan on kissing his cheeks for a very long time. Work, work and more work. Followed by some time at the beach. I've been a few times this year and it's been wonderful.

I was toting him around like a football the other day. I've had two babies of my own but they were girls. The first one (his mama) was probably treated like a porcelin doll at first but not the second one.
