  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

INFJ.

I've taken different versions of this test, and I almost always get INFJ as my result. After reading several descriptions, I am convinced that I am indeed, a member of that type. It made me feel good to realize that, although INFJ is the rarest type (1.6%), I wasn't the only one who analyzed everything to death, mentally ran through different scenarios of things that may or may not have ever happened, trying to find the "best" one. When I was little, I was usually the kid playing with blocks or puzzles by himself, and I didn't mind at all. In fact, I barely noticed. I was able to intuitively figure things out very quickly all through school until I got to higher math and college business classes, which are extremely logic-oriented. I didn't do too well in either.

I hope to someday (hopefully soon after I graduate) get a job in some branch of youth ministry. I worked at a christian camp last summer and absolutely loved it, and I'm going back for more this summer.

Ok, enough about me. Next.

I came up INTJ - Mastermind. Hehe. Of the two descriptions available at the end of my test, about 2/3 of the 2nd one fit. The first one seemed pretty off. I don't buy into theses tests as much as I used to. Also, there is the contrast between my nature and my habits. (such as: I 'would' never be late, but because of the kids, often 'am.')

Hello, my fellow INFJer!

That sounds like me! I can't handle math or logic-oriented things either! I failed algebra.

Do you ever sense things, my brother? I do sometimes. My intuition tells me things and sometime lets me feel them. Evil presences. Good presences. Disturbances. Uncanny things. Sometimes I get scared, sometimes I try to analyze it...lol. Where is it coming from? Nobody knows. But something deep inside the INFJ lets us feel this way. It is uncanny.

I once sensed danger and then two minutes later three cars crashed in front of me. I usually feel something bad is about to happen before it does. I feel that way a lot and then watch as it comes to pass. And I dream the future sometimes...though not as often. And I can read people. I usually feel angry when they are and sad when they are, etc. I can synpathize with people in a way I never thought possible.

I have this need to look after people and watch over them. It's something that I need to do personally...to protect. It's a part of me, a part of the INFJ. If I don't take care of people and help them along, I feel like I've done nothing worthwhile.

Famous INFJs:

Nathan, prophet of Israel
Aristophanes
Chaucer
Goethe
Robert Burns, Scottish poet
Jesus Christ

Wait...Jesus Christ the Son of God was an INFJ?! *speechless* Wh-wha?!

INFP - Healer

"They care deeply-indeed, passionately-about a few special persons or a favorite cause, and their fervent aim is to bring peace and integrity to their loved ones and the world. Indeed, to understand Healers, we must understand their idealism as almost boundless and selfless, inspiring them to make extraordinary sacrifices for someone or something they believe in. The Healer is the Prince or Princess of fairytale, the King's Champion or Defender of the Faith, like Sir Galahad or Joan of Arc. Healers are found in only 1 percent of the general population"

I LOVE the "Defender of the Faith" part...:)

~peace~
