I think that Christians have been quite naive, with regard to modern technology.

SAYING that, has not made any impression on most Christians, for the last
decade. I have repeatedly spoken out against types of technology, that is
NOT regulated in America, but is, or could be, VERY damaging.

I have spoken out against the electronic screen generations, as they
were raised by the nanny of electronic screens. It is only recently, that
the CDC has officially come out that, probably, all kids should be kept
off social media sites, if they are younger than 13 years old. (And this
response is only a partial response, dealing with the degrading of self-esteem
of younger girls, and the increasing rate of suicides that were affected by
kids spending time online, and taking in the dysfunctional electronic
screen culture.)

We are multiple generations into the electronic screen culture, and many
teachers were electronic screen babies. So, they are a bit numb to the
OTHER bad effects of living in a fake, electronic world. There are many
educators, now, who cannot imagine what it was like to be raised on books,
and a much larger exposure to the great ideas of humanity, than is
experienced in online nature videos, and "diversity" videos.
---------- ----------

But what I am talking about, is a slightly different topic.

High technology gave us the "internet of things", in which many of
the appliances we have at home, are connected to the internet. AND,
given that many people (as with their computers) do not install basic
safety measures, many devices that are hooked up to the internet, can
be HACKED. This includes cars, by car thieves.

Beyond this, we see a large-scale use of pagers (which terrorist groups thought
could not be traced), with embedded explosive material, used as bombs to
kill terrorist group members in the Middle East.

Until something like this happens, many Americans don't pay attention to the
warnings of people who know the dangers of computer code, and how embedded
code can be used to make weapons. Why does it take some event like Israel
supplying mobile bombs to Hezbollah members, to get Americans to think about
why Communist Chinese smart phones, should not be allowed in America?

Why does it take some event like this, to get some Americans to realize the
serious danger of giving foreign enemies of America, online platforms (such
as Russia Today) to spread lies and empty theories in America, in order to
create chaos?

Why does it take an event like the lynch mob that converged on the Capital
Building on January 6th, to make some Americans realize the extreme danger
of allowing conspiracy theories to be aired online?

Why do many Americans still not realize the extreme danger, of a presidential
candidate who uses the white supremecist language of Hitler, when talking
about immigrants in America?

Why do so many Americans still not recognize the extreme danger of fraud,
in the unregulated crypto currency market?

American Christians still remain terrifically naive, with regard to high technology.
It's time that Christians wake up, and promote the regulation of technology in America.

It is not technology that is the problem, it is the sinful nature of man. Mankind has been committing atrocities for centuries, long before the introduction of "high technology". As long as the ruler of this world reigns, we will see leaders, politicians, the everyday man, bow down and commit terrible things in his name. Take way their technology and they will use clubs and rocks to do their evil deeds. They are blinded to the truth and only belief in Jesus can make them see.

Your fight against technology will only be frustrated, rather go and teach them about Jesus.

I promote the regulation of technology,
not the banning of technology.

You are basically misunderstanding my argument.
