If the deviser or user of the technology is careful with what he does with technology - or what he uses to develop it - and keeps God's praise and glory in mind when he does with technology, fine.
God gave us minds that contrive things. Let the conscience be the guide.
The problem with technology, in my opinion, is its abuse.
