Look what I found....me and hubby when we were in third grade:

Here's one Night will appreciate...back when hubby was the drummer in an industrial band.
I'll try to find an "after" picture (after conversion) when I get done giving my son a bath.
The pics of him then and now are like night and day really, but he was always a beautiful soul. Still is.

Yeah....so I wake up every morning, turn on my computer, then walk on my treadmill and take a shower.
This morning, however, didn't work out quite that way.
I turned my computer on and heard BAM....POP....BAM BAM BAM.....
Then I noticed FIRE coming out of my monitor and the smell of burnt plastic overtook the room in a matter of seconds. Smoke everywhere.
I was still half asleep, trying to get the stupid thing unplugged only to discover that my youngest had thrown a bunch of toys back behind my computer desk and the power strip was completely covered up. I did find his favorite Veggie Tale figure in the process, so it wasn't a total waste of time I guess.
Old monitor....it was free....has lasted 9+ years...can't complain.
I found one of my old ones and have it hooked up now, but it's about HALF the size of my old one. I'm going to have to wear my glasses to talk online until I get a new one.
I should've stayed in bed.
