I have never seen this much hype over a freshman Congress critter.

I don’t think we have ever had a freshman nor other Congresswoman say and do media circuses and make blanket statements with no understanding before.

Even CNN talking heads have issues with her making broad statements and not answering basic questions.

I think it comes down to finding her attractive, but recognizing they would never have a chance with a woman like her,

She is blowing her own horn in getting Amazon to withdraw, saying that NY can now use the 3,000,000,000 for other projects.

What she did not know is that the 3,000,000,000 was in cost savings. No one was going to write them a check.

What she has accomplished is a loss of 27,000,000,000 in taxes, 25,000 good paying jobs and all the ancillary businesses and jobs that would have happened along with the influx.

The leftward swing of the last election is going to be a big problem for Democrats.
It is very possible that a large part of the independent vote really are not all that into the socialism and the anti-Semitism that this leftward swing represents.
Donald Trumps main hope was always that he could drive his opponents demonstrably crazier than he is.

If AOC is at least as smart as the people who voted for her then what does that say about the people who voted for Donald Trump? He has the speaking level of a fourth-grader and his repeated spelling mistakes on Twitter are a national joke. He claimed to be really smart and a very stable genius, but he can't even spell the word hamburgers correctly. My 8 year old great-niece can spell hamburgers.

The Trump supporters who joke about AOC or about another liberal politician shouldn't be taken seriously. They shouldn't be taken seriously when they point their judgmental finger at a liberal politician for lying or for any other kind of sinful behavior either. It's not as if they have any moral standing to joke about a liberal politician or point a judgmental finger at a liberal politician for their sins when they support an admitted twice divorced adulterer, who is well documented for his own lying behavior. Not to mention the fact that he has the intellectual speaking level of a fourth-grader and can't correctly spell the word hamburgers. It's truly laughable that they have called AOC stupid when they support and defend a 72 year old man who speaks at the level of a fourth-grader.

I almost have my first cow Muffler prototype finished. It's not the prettiest thing and rather heavy for the poor cow to carry around. They will probably end up pulling it on a trailer behind them. But, when they do their little fart farts the smell will come out the other end like a bed of roses and be very healthy for breathing.

The success of this project will probably end up being a second retirement for the goats and I. Looks like we owe this young politician a lot? She has stimulated many minds.

Back in the 80's AEP moved their headquarters here to Columbus from NYC and offered most employee transfer rights. About 1/2 came and about a year later several of them were interview and most said they expected to see cows wandering in the streets when they arrived; hence my inclusion of cows.....and so much for the supposed sophistication of New Yorkers......

In the 60s a teenager came here from CA for the summer and spent time on my in-laws family farm. He was shocked when he saw that milk came from cows.

This reminds me a lot of Palin -- just with Republicans and Democrats in the opposite roles. I guess the other difference is that Palin, though just a Governor, was running as a Vice Presidential candidate as opposed to the Freshman Congressperson.
