11Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. .... as for who the beast represents.... who knows.... it might have been some power in the past or a power that we have not seen yet.... neither do I know what the horns represent.... what I do know is that the beast in Rev 13 has been interpreted to be the U.S., and that interpretation is tenuous at best....
