That's a cop out.
Is that what you call the truth when it is not useful to your misrepresentation?
OK.

It must be tough being at the top, isn't it?Other than that, trust me, I've not seen much on these pages that comes as a revelation in terms of "Creationism". I've been discussing creation and evolution since the early 1980's. I've seen almost all of it. I will admit, however, I am often surprised at the level of mendacity some Christians sink to in their battles against evolution or deep time. I have learned that some Christians are really little more than ravening wolves in sheeps clothing at times. And often it is little more than a tattered sheepskin rug they throw on their backs.

You conclude what you want, but if you have any questions pertaining to instant creation, I'll be more than happy to answer them to the best of my ability.
Explanations.
If you can tell me with a straight face that you haven't learned anything from creationism since coming here, I'm Genghis Khan.
How many people do you see say they enjoy discussion with us because they like to learn?
I've seen several.
Except I do have such a question and you are refusing to answer it.
How do you know the instant creation was creation out of nothing instead of creation out of something that already existed?
Thanks for the backup!Maybe AV doesn't know the Bible as well as he might:
"Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."
You don't need to see how clear it is.I don't see how that's clear at all.
You don't need to see how clear it is.
You asked me how I knew instant creation was ex nihilo, instead of ex materia (like you know the difference), and leslie answered with an appropriate verse of Scripture.
That's how I know.
How you don't know, is your problem.
You can ask for evidence until the cows die.I am asking for evidence,
You can ask for evidence until the cows die.
No evidence was generated during the creation week.
You got questions?
I got answers.
Let's do this.

Whatever AV's response is, I suspect it will boil down to, "magic."
According to Genesis 1, God spoke things into existence; the mechanics of which is beyond all science to explain. How does god create something from nothing? I've been told many many times such things are impossible...
Either that, or miracles.Whatever AV's response is, I suspect it will boil down to, "magic."
He didn't tell us how.Well, if he gives an answer that has no frame of reference....like "he willed it into being"...I'm just going to ask the logical follow up of "how does one will things into existence"?
Tidy enough for me!Ana the Ist said:Creationists tend to act like it's such a tidy explanation...
Questions are easy to ask, don'tcha think?Ana the Ist said:... but in reality it leaves more questions than it answers.
