  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yep. Because sometimes there is no way to know they are crooks until they are in the job.
That means a net reduction of zero. 1+1-1=1. Net change= zero.

Well if you use logic like that, then it makes sense that you support Trump.

"I hire only the best people." What a riot!

The difference between you and me seems to be that I have been in the position of hiring the best people to fill jobs only to discover that their resume was a lot better than their performance. But then I am not afflicted with hating people who are of the 'wrong party' or 'wrong ideology' and try to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. And to some people that makes me evil. So be it.

Then you had a lousy interview and culling process. If you were hiring people only on the basis of their resumé, then you deserved what you got. As does Donnie...

Maybe, but not in this case : Obama Warned Trump About Hiring Flynn, Officials Say

President Barack Obama warned Donald J. Trump against hiring Michael T. Flynn to be part of his national security team when Mr. Obama met with his successor in the Oval Office two days after the November election, two former Obama administration officials said on Monday.

Well I base my evaluation on such things on the results I get. A resume' is more than the list of experience/accomplishments handed to you by a prospective employee. I can honestly say I got very good results. And so far, so has the President.

What officials? The NYT has posted so much fake news re the President and his Administration that I don't believe anything they write anymore unless it is corroborated by more competent/ethical sources and/or on the record sources are cited. Obama said he fired Flynn for insubordination, i.e. failure to take advice from subordinates. Flynn said he was fired because he wanted to take a harder line against Islamic terrorists which Obama would not allow. Flynn was not fired by President Trump for those reasons but because he was believed to have given false information to Vice President Pence. Which now in retrospect is debatable.

I always laugh when I read boilerplate like this. Trump lies several times a day and he's just telling it like it is. A news agency makes an error or two and then the whole operation is a sham.

It simply isn't worth taking seriously.

You must take it seriously enough to have read this thread and to have made that post. I stand by my post.

I take the time to read posts about my friends on Facebook trying to get their kids to take a nap and comment on them. Don't read too much into my response other than what I said.

If one makes the positive claim "I hire only the best people!", then you are suggesting you have the ability to discern between corrupt con men and productive, intelligent people. Trump fails to do this at an alarming rate.

I've never seen you give the benefit of the doubt to a liberal. You refer to the NYT as "Fake News" and make consistent derogatory remarks to liberals as a whole. You absolutely engage in vitriolic partisan politics, while claiming to be above it. It doesn't make you evil, just a liar and hypocrite.

I'm assuming you voted for Hillary . Since she has the best resume, when it come to becoming president. And Trump resume was a nightmare.

I do not have a crystal ball, and my tinfoil hat doesn't get that frequency. All I know is Trump already has all he needs. Even Clinton's Email server, proof on Comey for Uranium One, and the FISA Docs are "damming". Most people have been so busy ranting about Trump they haven't watched what he was doing. They are so focused on what he can't do, they are convinced he has been doing nothing.

I would 'assume' it would begin early January. There are no times or dates given.

Well, we will see, I guess. I don't believe it, but I can't predict the future either. Maybe come February one of us will be able to admit that he was wrong.

Well, it's almost February.

In all fairness, Donald hires on the basis of loyalty oaths... Any resumé longer than half a page, and he tunes out.

It pleases me to no end, knowing you think you just made some kind of point with that post.

You got me....

My point was made for me by the fact that your breathless, end-of-the-world scenario hasn't come to be yet.

Good for you... how much are you even aware of? Even when I post arrest records, active investigations or seizures you still claim absolutely nothing is happening. You need to wrap your head around the fact that I do not care about peoples personal opinions about me.

That means 2 things:

I'm not scared to speak even if it is viewed as embarrassing or unpopular. I am more worried about speaking truth.

And second, I'm not scared to admit when Im wrong.

Since I haven't apologised... guess what? That means I'm still not embarrassed to point out it is happening. You are attempting to shame a person that simply couldn't care less how you view them. Good luck.

Look into the message you might find something.

This kind of stream of consciousness of random right-wing talking points is very informative, but probably not in the manner you intend it to be.

Just want to put it out there and state Muller is facing Uranium one charges, the Clintons are currently under multiple investigations, Human and child trafficking is being gutted on the border, slaves are being freed in America, drug trafficking is heavily enforced, and illicit sex rings are currently being raided. Including child porn, and prostitution.

I just want it out there that when all this comes to light, I never went back on what I originally stated. The are mass arrests coming, and a huge shift in the political power of DC. Even hangings for treason is possible. It is stated that John Brennan's trial will be broadcast live. That is what is 'stated' as possible. When is not.

Even tho I am not really trying to pretend there is a conversation to be had anymore; I do feel the need to point out, I have not been dissuaded from this position.

Allso, Trump owned the shut down, so he gets the credit. Remember, you gave that to us... don't try to take it back.
