I have to get the clothes off my treadmill too.. It is an awesome machine with all kinds of bells & whistles.. too bad it can't just do it for me.. I listen to praise music when I walk.. that way it goes faster and I get time to praise God..

My doctor told me that is the way to go.. aerobic 3 days a week.. weights 3 days.. I guess we get the other day off.. just like God took a rest.. *smile*

It is difficult here cause MikeJ had diabetes & heart disease too.. had 3 stents put in 3 years ago come April 28th
