is anyone involved in a support group?
especially if the group is based in your church.
i've been thinking of how to connect with a trusted elder and friend to help me change the behaviors that got me to this unfortunate point.
and wondered if anyone is further down that road of hooking up with peer pressure and mutual responsibility.

I am involved in a support group. At Lighthouse I go to the Devoted Men of Prayer every Saturday morning from 7am to 9am. It helps a lot.
