Someone in my family has depression, and attempted suicide, We caught him in time, Please pray from him, We all need your Prayers, and please post some helpful verses if you wouldnt mind... thank you.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Dear Lord Jesus I ask that You touch the mind and emotions of this person who tried to kill their selve. Lord please bring the Holy Spirit to him to comfort him and show him Your way. Let him know that right around the corner there is always hope. Please help his family and friends and bless them all. Give them all the wisdom and understanding of what to do and say to this young person to help. Please bless them all in Jesus Name Amen
Hon the Lord says He will never leave or forsake us. Read Psalms 91 it is my prayer for fear and it will help. God bless please let me know how things go. Email me personally if need be. God bless Lady Marion

Heavenly Father, we thank you that jonathans family was able to provide some help in time that his family member didn't take his life. Lord, please bring healing ..... give help in whatever is going on, and more than anything help him to know you. To know that in you is our only hope and our escape from everything else including all temptation. Lord minister to his hurt and pain and bring this man to you; comfort please Lord, guide please Lord, and bless. Give wisdom to his family please Lord, place your word in their mouths that as they speak they will share your perfect truth. In Jesus precious name, amen

Lord, help this person who feels hopeless and helpless. Please renew their strength and mind. Please give them ability to cope and find answers and resources. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

And, best of all, with your new life in Christ comes the right to spend eternity in God's presence. Look up these Scripture verses: John 1:12; II Corinthians 5:17;I Corinthians 2:12; I John 5:11-13.
