This is the most adorable thing I have seen in a long time... and I see a LOT of cute, cuddly animals, but this kid wins.

Also, if I ever found an Orthodox asian man, I'd marry him on the spot. Finding apostolic Christians who are asian is rare. And uhh... I love asians. >.>

Adorable!!!

Anyone remember that video of that little girl singing at the top of her lungs "THE SERVANT OF GOD!!! CINDERELLA!!!! IS BAPTIZED!!! IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!" as she "baptized" her dolls. That was so funny. If anyone has the link, please post it - I'd love to watch it again.

It's wonderful seeing how little ones take to Orthodoxy. :)

When my oldest son was 18 months or so, he built a cross out of tinker toys and would make everyone kiss it, and also had a toy that he would swing like a censer. Wish I'd gotten video of that.

Love it, thanks for sharing.
We Catholic elementry school girls used to play TV preacher where one of us would push the other's forehead with the heal of our hand and expclaim "You are healed in the name of the Lord!" and the other girl would fall back dramatically. We got quite a kick out of it.

Visit Japan. The Orthodox Church is alive there.
Note: there are many Japanese and Chinese Orthodox Christians in the USA too.

I saw this video of the child blessing his bedroom many years ago (2007 I think). It is very cute. Someone mentioned at that time that this child might grow up to be a Priest.

:) It was probably 2008 or later, as that's when the video was uploaded. I remember it was posted back then in TAW.

If you want to see Thomas and his brothers singing The Angel Cried :) :

I actually want to visit Japan someday, and I am curious to see what Orthodoxy is like there. Japanese history/culture in general hasn't melded well with Christianity over the centuries. Hmm, maybe I will read about the Orthodox Church in Japan. :)

Another Christian Asian country where the Christian, especially Catholic Christian, life is strong is the Philippines, my wife's home country. I was blown away at what a big presence the faith plays in the lives of so many there!
