Hello!

I was trying to find the gals forums but wasn't able to find one... maybe it doesn't exist or maybe I'm overtired and I'm not looking closely enough. <grin> Either way, I figured I'd post this question here and in the Liberal forum...

I'm looking for a new study Bible. My teen's study Bible is heavily marked and since I'm 27, I think its time for a new one. I've been looking at various ones online and have been thoroughly overwhelmed. I thought I'd ask you fine folks and see if there's one that most people prefer.

I'm a fairly liberal Presbyterian woman but conservative teachings don't scare or upset me... I'm really open to any study Bible so long as it isn't OTT conservative.

Do you guys have a favourite?

This is what I use. I'd recommend it - The New Oxford Annotated Bible with the Apocrypha, Augmented Third Edition, New Revised Standard Version: Amazon.co.uk: Oxford University Press: Books

Try the New Living Translation Study Bible. It is awesome. The notes are very detailed and it's written in everyday language.
