Thank you for the suggestion. I still struggle with prayer, especially spontaneous prayer.

Think of it like an Arrow Prayer...

Maybe cross your palms over your heart, close eyes and just be in the moment, praying, "divine will"....something short and from the heart

I think its literally called visual prayer

Also, does not the Holy Spirit pray for us when we cannot find the words?

Yes. I’ve heard that as well, or praying with icons for example.
