Triple A rated eurozone countries should have greater say in economic affairs, said Finland’s European Affairs Minister, Alexander Stubb, in an interview with the British Financial Times newspaper on Wednesday. His comments come ahead of EU budget negotiations in Brussels on Friday.

Well my personal want is for a greater economic unity within the Eurozone (you really do need it when you share a common currency), so not really surprised to hear Stubb call for this. From what I gather from what he was saying, so the idea would be that the six AAA countries would start to integrate their policies together first and then bringing the other euro countries into it.

Stubb is dead-on: A country that is not triple A rated is not going to be the best one to give you advice on your public finances.
