I am currently struggling with overcome an impure sin right now. I know that God doesn't want this for me and I have prayed time and time again that I can just get over this sin, but it keeps coming back. Would you please pray for God to give me the strength to resist temptation and overcome the sin in my life?

Praying that the good Lord will lead you down the right path. If you are truly sorry for this sin and asked God's forgiveness, well he has already forgiven you...You probably are having a harder time forgiving yourself...May God bless you and be with you...

Oh LORD, I ask that You strengthen and encourage Chris. Please flood his heart and mind with You and Your Word. I pray that each time this temptation arise that You remind of Yourself. Praying for you.
One idea is to remember that when you are focused on the Lord..during that time you are not sinning. Also don't let the accuser take you down. The sin problem is dealt with and the Lord will carry you through this..I know he did for me and he will for you. He is strong when you are weak. He will light your path and make your roads straight.
